Refund and Returns Policy

At Curvy Body Bear, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to guide you through the process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all unopened, unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included. Due to health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.


2. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your package. We will ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect product for verification purposes. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees, at no extra cost to you.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. In the case of a product defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.


5. Processing Time for Returns and Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect it, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed and the refund is initiated. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product (following the steps outlined) and place a new order for the desired product on our website.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable. This includes:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date.
